The green coffee is decaffeinated using the mountain water method - which is a non-chemical filtration process using pure water. The soluble caffeine is removed and the beans are dried. The resulting coffee is 99% caffeine free. Please note that the roasted coffee appears darker than usual for a medium roast, due to this process.
